RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have tried to be as accurate as possible when describing our products – features, dimensions, images and its usability. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product on receipt, you need to call and inform us and may return it in an unused condition to CAMOLINE® within 10 days of the sale. In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:

  • Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
  • Has missing parts or accessories
  • Is different from what was ordered

CAMOLINE® will either repair or replace any product if it arises from a manufacturing defect within 20 days of receipt of your order. On receipt of the said product at our office, post inspection we will either repair or replace it at our sole discretion. In such cases of damaged/defective product, if the customer want refund we will refund the full amount excluding shipping & handling charges. Refund on returns may take up to 3 weeks for processing from the date receipt of the said product.

For any form of return, you will need to contact CAMOLINE® via email at sales@camoline.in and obtain an approval code and instructions. Only items that have approval code will be accepted. Any return shipping is to be borne by the customer.
